  • SKI ON / SKI OFF: Great Eastern Trail, just across the street! Typically open January to March, so please confirm weather conditions.
  • For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.

Policies and Rules

  • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
  • Guest Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
  • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
  • Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
  • Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Pets: This property is pet friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum number of pets is 99.
  • Winter Weather: Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather or ski trail conditions and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
  • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
  • Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.

Fees and Payments

  • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee.
  • You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
  • This property is pet friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum number of pets is 99.
  • A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
